The LWRC Cooperative Garden is a fully volunteer-run initiative dedicated to growing fresh, nutritious produce to support the LWRC Food Pantry. Through sustainable gardening practices and community collaboration, the garden provides essential fruits and vegetables to individuals and families facing food insecurity. In 2024, the garden produced an impressive 1,012 pounds of fresh produce, valued at approximately $5,500—all made possible by the dedication and hard work of our volunteers. This initiative strengthens community connections while ensuring access to healthy food for those in need.
